Students will learn how to cook a classic Thanksgiving dinner, including roasted turkey, mashed potatoes with homemade gravy, steamed green beans, and pumpkin pie with fresh whipped cream.

Learn how to make delicious treats for the holidays, including decorated sugar cookies, molasses crinkle cookies, peanut butter kiss cookies, and double chocolate cookies.

Students will make a fabulous winter dinner of chicken pot pies with a puff pastry crust, homemade caesar salad and dressing, and decadent chocolate brownies.

Students will learn to create a delicious Italian dinner -- spaghetti and meatballs with fresh garlic bread and chocolate mousse.

Students will learn how to a cook an Asian-inspired dinner with vegetable spring rolls, beef and broccoli stir-fry with jasmine rice, and delicious carrot cake cupcakes with cream cheese frosting.

Learn how to make an impressive brunch with homemade cinnamon rolls with delicious cream cheese frosting, eggs benedict with hollandaise sauce, bacon, and fresh fruit salad.
