Join us for hands-on cooking classes for middle school and high school teens to learn how to make delicious and simple dinners!

Students will learn how to cook cedar plank glazed oven salmon, whip mashed sweet potatoes, steam green beens to perfection, and make delicious Strawberry Shortcake with fresh whipped cream.
Saturday, July 12, 2025: 3 - 6 pm
Students learn to cook a classic Italian dinner -- chicken fettuccine alfredo, tomato bruschetta, and peach and blackberry crisp with vanilla ice cream for dessert.
Sunday, July 20, 2025: 3 - 6 pm
Students will make a fabulous Asian-inspired dinner -- chicken and vegetable teriyaki, crab rangoon, and s'more cookie bars.
Sunday, August 3, 2025: 3 - 6 pm
Students will create delicious restaurant-quality Tex-Mex beef tacos with fresh guacamole and chips and chocolate molten lava cakes with ice cream.

Students will cook tropical chicken and vegetable kabobs with steamed rice, hummus and pita bread, and banana pudding.
Sunday, August 24: 3 - 6 pm
Students learn how to the make the very popular shrimp pad thai dish with spring rolls and fresh lemon bars.
Sunday, August 31: 3 - 6 pm
Students will learn how to sauté chicken, make lemon piccata sauce, cook angel hair pasta, roast broccoli, and bake mini-cheesecakes.
